Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, plus Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman via courier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Orders to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman typically take 5–7 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, charged in AED.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Is VAT included in the price?
We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
